About Popstars
Popstars was formed in a popular club for movie stars in Hollywood in 1996 and the band started to practice and also bought several instruments the same year. Popstars has its origin in the unknown group Sub Lowlife, a black-synth band formed in 1988, which received massive critics for its tribute to the Black-synth Easy Listening Scene in Northern England.
Popstars members are DeDe BigCup (vocal), Mr. D (synth), DJ HeadH (synth) and Tordombadill (formerly known as Codename Tomto) (synth). All members are vegetarian, pacifists, albinos, pro-peace members of SWADA (Save the World and Disregard Authorities).
Since the release of "We're Done", Popstars has toured the world and obtained cult status in several eccentric music circles and is today a highly paid and popular club live band.
